I want to purchase FastStartGO! training programs. Where do I go?
You can purchase FastStartGO! On-Demand IT Sales Enablement training programs at litmos.tsrmgroup.com/. We currently offer three learning paths: Core Curriculum (sales), IT Fundamentals, and Advanced IT. These learning paths may be purchased individually or as a bundle.
What should I know about the purchase process?
On the shopping page, select your desired training path(s) to add to your shopping cart. We highly recommend the bundle offering (all three learning paths) as it is significantly discounted. If you have a promo code, this can be added at the time of checkout. The price will re-calculate (pre-tax) based upon the discount offering. If you are not seeing the expected pricing, you can reach us at support@tsrmgroup.com.
How do I access my course after purchasing it online?
After completing your purchase, you should receive a confirmation order receipt. In follow-up, you will receive a second email from TSRM Group with login instructions. The email will include your unique training portal link and username. Follow the instructions to complete your initial sign-in. After your first sign-in, you can access your training by using the general access link also provided within your welcome email. Bookmark the site page from your browser for quick access.
What if I didn’t receive my login email?
First, check your spam or junk folder. If you still haven’t received your login credentials after two hours, contact support@tsrmgroup.com with your full name and purchase confirmation number.
How long will I have access to my training?
Courses will remain available for three months (90 days) from your enrollment date unless stated otherwise. Access beyond that period may require re-enrollment or a renewal fee.
Can I share my login with someone else?
No. Each learner account is licensed to one individual. Sharing login credentials violates our Terms & Conditions and may result in suspension of access without refund.
What devices can I use to take the course?
You can access training on desktop and tablet devices using a modern browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge). No software download is required – just internet access.
Mobile access is also available through the Google Play and Apple App stores. Simply download the learning platform app, Litmos. It will then prompt you to enter your site link. You should be able to find this information in the TSRM Group email instructions sent to you after purchase.
What should I do if the site won’t load at all?
Restart your browser or try a different browser. Supported browsers include Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge. If this doesn’t work, try restarting your computer.
Why won’t the video play? Why is there no sound in the video?
To play, click the Play/Pause button (white triangle) in the center of the video or the Play/Pause button (white triangle) in the lower left corner of the video. If you don’t hear sound, make sure the Volume button at the bottom of the video is not muted. You can also check your computer sound and headset to make sure those are not muted.
How do I enable captions or subtitles?
In the video, click the “CC” button in the lower right to enable captions.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind after purchase?
Refunds are available only if requested within seven days of purchase and before you access any course content. Once you’ve logged into the learning portal or started the program, all sales are final.
What should I do if I can’t complete a module or quiz?
Try clearing your browser cache and refreshing the page. If the issue continues, note the course name and error message, then contact support@tsrmgroup.com for assistance.
How can I track my progress or print my certificate?
Your learner dashboard automatically tracks progress, scores, and completion dates. Once you finish all modules, you can download or print your certificate of completion from the dashboard.
What if I need to update my email or profile information?
Log into your Litmos learner account, go to My Profile, and update your contact details. If you can’t make the changes yourself, email support@tsrmgroup.com.
