Our Story

We were born in the IT channel and our roots run deep. TSRM group has been specializing in the IT sector since its inception in 2015, working with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and global technology leaders like Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Dell, Cisco, Microsoft, Aruba, and Fortieth, as well as their channel partners.

We are 100% virtual (have been since the beginning), giving us the ability to tap into the best talent from coast to coast (as well as offshore) in providing efficient and highly effective solutions for organizations throughout the IT sector. From strategic consulting for channel-driven organizations to one-on-one sales training and mentoring and everything in between, we help drive the industry forward with continuous innovation and superior results.

Keith Mintzer, Co-Founder and Managing Partner

Keith Mintzer is recognized as one of the most proactive and results-oriented sales leaders in the technology channel segment. His track record of developing high-performing sales organizations spans over 25 years and forms the foundation for his highly regarded “Process Selling: IT Solutions Sales Enablement” programs.

In 2003, Mr. Mintzer founded Technology Sales Resource Interactive (TSRI), which provided sales and channel enablement services to the IT channel working with HP, Shoretel, NetApp, Ingram Micro, and Avnet generating 20,000 leads per year. Under Mr. Mintzer’s leadership, TSRI built a virtual call center that generated over 1 million outbound calls per year in the IT segment.
