Job Title: Sales Trainer (Contract)

Location: Remote (U.S. based)
About the Role TSRM Group is seeking an experienced IT Sales Trainer to join our FastStartGO! training team on a contract basis. This role is ideal for a seasoned IT sales professional with a passion for mentoring and enabling the next generation of tech sales talent. FastStartGO! is a dynamic sales training and enablement platform designed to equip IT sales professionals with the skills, confidence, and strategies they need to succeed in today’s complex, solution-driven marketplace.
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver virtual instructor-led training to new and developing IT sales reps
  • Support learners through our FastStartGO! curriculum, covering foundational and advanced sales strategies
  • Adapt and deliver training on IT infrastructure solutions including cybersecurity, cloud, networking, servers, storage, and AI
  • Provide actionable coaching and feedback to improve individual and team performance
  • Use our LMS to track learner engagement, progress, and completion
  • Complete the FastStartGO! Sales Trainer Certification prior to leading live training
Qualifications
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure sales and/or sales management
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience delivering sales training in a B2B IT environment
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to engage learners virtually
  • Positive, professional mindset with a collaborative, team-first attitude
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS); experience with platforms like Litmos is a plus
  • Comfortable coaching reps with varying levels of experience and confidence
Compensation & Commitment
  • Contract role: 1099 position
  • 7.5 hours per week for 4 months
  • Fully remote/virtual delivery
